No — most of our regular customers aren't. We agree access with you up front (a key, a code or a neighbour), note it securely, and lock up when we leave. If you'd rather be in for the first visit, that's very welcome.
Yes, everything — cloths, products and a vacuum. If you'd prefer we use your own products (for allergies, pets or surfaces you're careful with), just say so in your enquiry.
After the clean, not before. We'll agree the method with you when we confirm your booking — there's nothing to pay online and no card details are taken on this site.
We cover Bedford and surrounding areas, and Leicester and surrounding areas. Not sure if that includes you? Send an enquiry with your postcode — if you're outside our patch we'll say so straight away rather than waste your time.
